Boarding Policies

We reserve the right to refuse services based upon a dog’s temperament or health condition. This is for the safety of all our guests and staff.

Medical Requirements

The following vaccinations must be up to date and verified by documentation from your veterinarian:

Rabies (Allowed in facility 24 hours after administration of first dose)
Distemper/Parvo Virus (Allowed in facility 3 weeks after administration of last dose)
Bordetella* (Allowed in facility 10 days after administration)

If your dog has any medications, please supply those, with dosing instructions, at drop-off.

Your dog must always come to our pet care facility free of fleas and ticks. They also must be on flea and tick prevention medication.

Female dogs in heat will not be permitted.

Meal Information

If you bring your own food, please prepare each meal in the appropriate serving size, place each one in a separate bag, and write your last name on the labeling section.

If you'd like Dauntless Doggies to provide food, we offer Blue Buffalo and will feed your dog according to the instructions on the bag.

For our dog daycare guests, Dauntless Doggies does not feed meals during dog daycare services. If your dog requires specific feedings for medical purposes during the day, please let us know prior to drop off.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strongly recommend providing notice as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation and the full balance is due on the day your pet arrives.

Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be issued.

Belongings from Home

We will happily accept a few plastic or rubber personal items from home to accompany your dog in their accommodation. In order to maintain a safe and sanitary environment, we do not permit any bedding, blankets, fabrics, or other items from home. We provide comfortable and sanitary dog beds for your dog.
